Maximiliano 'Maxi' Javier Amondarain Colzada (born 22 January 1993 in Montevideo) is a Uruguayan footballer who plays as a defender. He has previously played for Cardiff City and has also represented the Uruguay U20 national team. ==Club career== After graduating from Nacional's youth system, Amondarain was loaned to Progreso in 2012 summer.
